China and Russia are friendly neighbors, and greatly deepened and widened the important part of Sino-Russian "comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation" through Mutual Friendship and Cultural Tourism Year and other important events. "Sino-Russian Cultural Tourism Year 2016 - Chinese celebrity famous painting exhibition" is another major theme of the event following the mutual "Country Year" and "Year of Languages" organized by the two countries. Chinese president Xi Jinping had a speech for this: China and Russia are close neighbors, good neighbors, good partners and good friends. Benevolent good-neighborliness is a national treasure. As the art exchange platform of United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Foundation and the American Philatelic Group in China, Landscape Ink Painting International Art Center especially organized the "Sino-Russian Cultural Tourism Year - Chinese celebrity famous painting exhibition - Russian station¡± on the basis of the "Chinese Art Masters World Tour" activities in particular in support of the Chinese Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. In this era of globalization today, Chinese artists needed more courage and boldness to go out of China to the world. Russian Ethnographic Museum is one of the largest ethnic museums in the world, which is located on the Place des Arts in St. Petersburg's most central location. Its unique architectural style of the museum make this a unique and beautiful scenery on the Arts Plaza. Museum collections demonstrating the national traditions and cultures of Russia and connected Eurasian countries. Russian National Museum hitherto preserved over five hundred thousand ethnic collections from all regions of Eastern Europe, Siberia, the Far East, the Caucasus and Central Asia from the 18th century to the 21st century. These collections are unique in the world, and most important ethnic blend of cultural history in Europe and Asia. The authenticity of museum collections is a major highlight of the museum. Ethnographic Museum was founded in the early twentieth century and designed by the architect Vasily • Sweeney, and built specifically for the collection of works of art on display national culture. On top of the building at main entrance of the museum stands the "guardian goddess of arts and crafts - Athena" statue. When entered in, there is a 1000 square meters of magnificent marble hall in the central area and all kinds of rare and precious rose marble decorating the entire floor and walls, and even the pillars are built of the same material. The unique shape of the hall roof was constructed of the crystal material in the framework of inlaid bronze with excellent lighting. The most eye-catching is the hall wall with 183 different forms of "Imperial Russian people" relief and these more contrast of the museum's theme and showing the diversity of Russia's national characteristics.
